Debbra Goh ‘24 (Facilitator)

Debbra is from Singapore and majoring in Environmental Studies and Religion. On campus, she works as an Eco-Facilitator, farms at Long Lane Farm and is involved in the Freeman Asian Scholars Association (FASA). Debbra has worked as a summer intern with the Wesleyan Sustainability Office and is on the Sustainability Strategic Plan Committee, helping to draft Wesleyan’s new institutional sustainability plan. She is passionate about building sustainable urban environments and creating lasting institutional change through environmental policy.

Leonard Majaducon ‘24 (Financial Manager)

Leonard is a Chemistry Major and Data Science Minor from the Philippines. He is involved with a research lab on campus, as well in the Instructional Media Services (IMS) as a technician. Leonard is interested in environmental research as well as data-driven environmental policies that encourage sustainable organizational practices.

 
 

Marangela James ‘24 (Financial Manager)

Hello, my name is Marangela James. I am a Bostonian. I’m a senior on the squash team at Wes. I like hiking and apple picking. I am a Philosophy and ENVS double major. My favorite thing about Wesleyan are the little groundhogs underneath everybody’s houses eating away at the infrastructure. I love the people of the Green Fund and the diverse perspectives that makes for good conversation and debate.

 

Eden Ho ‘24.5

Eden is an international student from Singapore double majoring in Government and Environmental Studies. On campus, she’s worked as an Eco-Facilitator in the Sustainability Office and as a research assistant in the Government Department. Eden is passionate about gender equity and sustainable, inclusive growth. In her free time, she loves video games, cooking, and watching youtube documentaries. Her favorite things about Wesleyan, in no particular order, are the international student community, the people on the Green Fund, and Shelley the Glyptodon.

Annabelle Miller ‘25 (Co-Facilitator)

Annabelle is from Kansas City, Missouri and is an intended Earth and Environmental Science major and IDEAS minor. She is a second-year student and a part of the women’s crew team. She loves being active and doing anything outdoors in her free time. She is interested in fighting climate change through environmental engineering and research along with environmental justice and sustainability.

Hannah Podol ‘25 (Co-Facilitator)

Hannah is from Belmont, Massachusetts, and is an intended double major in Environmental Studies and Anthropology.  On campus, she is a member of the Outing Club, a hub coordinator of Sunrise, and a member of the climbing club. In her free time she likes to hike, bike, trail run, swim, bake, read, and listen to live music.  She is interested in clean energy, sustainability in urban areas, and food justice initiatives.

Matthew Gilbert ‘25

Matthew is a senior from Silver Spring, MD, and he is double majoring in Earth & Environmental Science and Environmental Studies. In addition to the Green Fund, Matthew works as an Environmental Fellow in the Sustainability Office, and a Tour Guide in the Admissions Office. Outside of classes and work he loves hiking, playing D&D, exploring new music, and talking about moss! He is passionate about environmental intersectionality and original, out of the box work.
